Biography

Bang The oldest of three children, Christopher Chan, better known by his stage moniker Bang Chan, grew up in Sydney, Australia. He studied dance at Newtown High School of the Performing Arts in Sydney, where he studied both ballet and modern dance. Chan took part in athletic events and swimming contests. Chan, who joined "JYP Entertainment" in 2010, after passing an audition when he was 13 years old in Australia.

He had to move to South Korea because he was a trainee with "JYP Entertainment" for seven years. During that time, he became very close to a number of idols, including BamBam (GOT7), Yugyeom (GOT7), Young K (DAY6), Sana (Twice), Jimin, and others.

The Stray Kids' "Mixtape" debut EP, which 3Racha claimed credit for writing and producing, featured songs composed while the Stray Kids reality survival programme was under development. The track "District 9" is from 3Racha's "I Am NOT" EP, which was released on March 25. The album was written and produced in collaboration by all three members of 3Racha. In 2018, "Stray Kids" published two additional albums, "I Am Who" and "I Am You," on which Chan, together with 3Racha, is credited with writing and producing the majority of the songs.

The trio "3RACHA" was founded in late 2016 in Seoul, South Korea, and in January 2017, Chan (CB97) and other trainees Han Jisung (J.ONE) and Seo Changbin (SPEAR B) published their debut untitled Mixtape on SoundCloud under the moniker "J:/2017/mixtape." There were seven tunes on the mixtape. They garnered rapid acclaim from fans for their skill in producing and writing music on a professional level.
